Cheryl Rackley

Cheryl Rackley 60, of Chester formerly of Hopewell, passed away on Saturday October 10, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard & Louise Taylor Rackley. Cheryl worked as a dispatcher for Chesterfield County for several years. She worked for over 40 years in the medical field and most recently at Tri-City Surgical Associates. Cheryl is survived by her fiancé, Rick Duncan; her daughter, Sasha Rackley; her siblings, Woody Rackley Jr. and his wife, Pat, Donald Rackley, Ronald Rackley, Gerald Rackley and his wife, Pat, Billy Rackley and his wife, Kathy, Jane Rackley White and her husband, Leonard, Ann Rackley Webb and her husband, Clyde, Betty Rackley Doxey, Barbara Rackley Clavier; her best friend Donna Mitchell; numerous nieces,nephews, and other extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday October 15, 2015 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
