Harvey Jackson Best, Jr., 55, of Hague, VA., passed away, Saturday, December 2, 2017. He is preceded in death by his, father, Harvey Jackson Best, Sr.; brother, Steven Patrick Best; grandparents, Jack and Louise Best and James and Hazel Fitzgerald. Harvey was a graduate of Ridgeview Christian School; he served in many related positions of the church and ministry, he also owned and operated Best Home Improvements. Harvey was a member of Bayshore Baptist Church in Kilmarnock, VA. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Treasa Lynne Best, son, Daniel Lebo Best; daughter, Krista Lynne Bowers and husband Dustin; grandchildren, Daisy Best, Karley, Karrie, Beau, and Lilly Bowers; mother, Joyce B. Lemon and husband Bob; brother, Kevin Best and wife Renee, sister, Amber B. Roberts and husband Mark; aunt, Betty Best and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Harvey was a loving, husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and uncle. The family will receive friends, 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 8, 2017 at Faith Baptist Church, 5501 Middle Rd.
