Howard Crawley Jones

Howard C. Jones, of Colonial Heights, passed away on March 14, 2013. He was the son of the late Willie Carter and Dura Curtis Walters Jones, and was also preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca H. Jones. Mr. Jones was a veteran of the United States Army Air Corps having served in World War II. He is survived by his daughters, Sharron Campbell and husband, Earl of Clanton, Alabama, Judith Ryan and husband, Lynn of Hopewell, and Ann Marie Allen and husband, Robert of Colonial Heights; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, March 18, 2013 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home.
