Janet File Kerr

Janet File Kerr, 78, of Petersburg, VA passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Louise File; and her son, James Kerr, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn K. Wallace; son, Charles I. Kerr and Sherri Togger; grandchildren, Kimberly L. Fetty and husband Nicholas, Michael W. Atkinson and wife Jessica, Tina L. Atkinson, and Jessie Reid; great-grandchildren, Kira, Nadalie and Claire; brothers, Jim File, Greg File and wife Jan; numerous extended family and friends. Janet was a member of Lyons Avenue Bible in Colonial Heights. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 12, 2015 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home 3050 W.
