Jeffrey Franklin Moore, 55, of Chester, Virginia entered his eternal life on Sunday, October 23, 2016 following a courageous battle with cancer. Jeff was born in Williamston, North Carolina on February 12th, 1961 to Katherine Mobley Moore and the late Benjamin Franklin Moore. He graduated with the Class of '79 at Williamson High School and earned a BS in Pulp and Paper Science / Chemical Engineering from NC State University. In 1983, He married his beloved wife Kathy Harrell Moore of 33 years. Their two sons were his very best friends, Zackry Benjamin and Jacob Evan. Zack is married to Gigi DeGraff Moore and they blessed Jeff’s world with his "Lil Punkin" Aubree Louisa Moore in 2014. Jake is married to Chelsie Brown Moore. Times with these children were the best of his days on this earth. Jeff was employed at Mondelez of Richmond. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Hopewell and Waverly Hunt Club. He treasured his work friend's and his hunting buddie's support through his illness. Other family members include his brother, Brent Moore, his wife, Linda G. Moore and their son, Josh. Another brother, Kent Moore. In-laws include the late Zackie W. Harrell, Kathryn B. Harrell, Webster, Ann, Trent, and Drake Harrell, Phil, Rebecca, McCoy, and Evan Woolard. Also preceding his death is Baby Seth Harrell. A celebration of Life will be held at First Baptist Church in Hopewell, Virginia Friday, October 28, 2016 at 6:00 pm.
