Joseph Howard Brandon, Sr.

Joseph Howard Brandon, Sr., 95, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. Born in Dinwiddie County, Virginia, he was the son of the late William Bryd Brandon, IV and Jessie Watkins Brandon; and was also preceded in death by his son, William C. Brandon. Mr. Brandon was the past owner and operator of Loves Wayside Furniture and was a resident and resided at Lakewood Manor in Henrico. He is survived by Joseph H. Brandon, Jr. and Hunter B. Brandon; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m., at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park, South Prince George, VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The family requests no flowers and no donations.
