Thomas Pierce Keesee, Jr., 90, of Prince George, VA, passed away on Monday, July 17, 2017. Born in Concord, VA, he was the son of the late Thomas Pierce Keesee and Miranda Susan Martin Keesee. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, June T. Keesee, six sisters and one brother. A veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps, Mr. Keesee retired from Columbia Gas after more than 30 years of service. He was a Mason for over 60 years, holding membership in Great Bridge Lodge No. 257 A.F. & A.M. and Prince George Lodge No. 115 A.F. & A.M. He was also a member of the Disputanta Ruritan Club. He enjoyed gardening and feeding the deer around his home. He is survived by his wife, Wilma M. Keesee; children, Mary Miranda “Randi” Keesee, Kimberly Keesee Swain, Thomas Pierce “Tripp” Keesee, III (Cheryl); step-children, Steve Whitt and Angela Kyle; grandchildren, Angela Trueblood (Jason), Thomas P. Keesee, IV, and Curtis Keesee (Amber); step-grandchildren, Austin Nicol and Adam Kyle; great-grandchildren, Chloe Trueblood, Henry Trueblood, Sophia Keesee, Elizabeth Keesee, and Piper Potter; step-great grandchild, Aaron Nicol; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service with Masonic Rites will begin at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 21, 2017 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home followed by interment at Southlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Prince George Lodge No. 115 Scholarship Fund, P.O.
