Adolph Frank Blaha, Jr.

Adolph Frank Blaha, Jr., 83, of Petersburg, Virginia, died Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

He was born and raised in Dinwiddie, Virginia. He was the son of the late Adolph Frank Blaha, Sr. and the late Virginia Southhall Blaha.

He served as Vice President of Phil Jones Auto Parts. His life was dedicated to volunteering, as he served his community through various charities throughout.

He is survived by his loving wife, Wanda V. Blaha; his daughters, Susan Litchfield and Deborah Grigsby; grandchildren, Ashley Lawrence, Skylar Litchfield, Danielle Booth, Victoria Bulls, Whitney Lam, and Lindsay Sokol; great-grandchildren, Tristan Koren, Huy Lam, Brooklyn Bulls, Chelsea Bulls, Noah Booth, Dane Booth, and Jeremy Lawrence; sisters, Virginia Wharton, Rose Osteen, Catherine Bishop, Bertha Glass, Agnes Smith, Adel Jackson, and Margaret Boerner; brother, Lawrence Blaha; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He is also predeceased by his sons, Adolph Frank Blaha III and Mike Virostek.

The viewing will be Tuesday, October 22, 2024, between 5:00 and 7:00 in the evening, at the chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home in Petersburg, Virginia. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 1:00 in the afternoon, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, on 151 W. Washington Street in Petersburg, Virginia. Interment to follow at Southlawn Memorial Cemetery, in South Prince George, Virginia. A reception will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Church, in Petersburg.
