Albert Suttle Jr.

Albert Suttle, Jr., of Richmond, formerly of Petersburg, VA, died Wednesday, February 27, 2013. He was born in Richmond the son of the late Albert and Grace Suttle. Mr. Suttle graduated from Brown University and then attended the Darden School of Business before coming home to work with his father at Master Chevrolet until it was sold in the 80’s. He then went to work at Wheat First Securities and retried from Harris Financial. After retirement he began to solely focus on his property management business. Mr. Suttle is survived by his wife, Carol Suttle; four children Lesley Suttle, Rick Suttle and his wife Melissa, Curry Spain and his wife Pam, Carin McPhearson and her husband Jeff; five grandchildren, Nick Suttle, Logan McPhearson, Brady McPhearson, Noah Spain and Cameron Spain; a sister Grace Ellis Suttle; and other extended family members. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 2nd at 12:30 p.m. at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son followed by a graveside service at Blandford Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Richmond SPCA, 2519 Hermitage Road, Richmond, VA, 23220.
