Alice Kathleen Andrews

Alice Kathleen Andrews, 90, a lifelong resident of Chesterfield County, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey Allen and Erzell Andrews, and two sisters, Infant Eugenia Andrews and Bernice A. Wyatt. She was a lifelong member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church and a member of Phillips Senior Friends. Alice worked as a bookkeeper for Coca-Cola for over 35 years, spending the next 19 years as a bookkeeper for J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home in Petersburg. She is survived by a sister, Josephine A. Wyatt; nieces, Martha Ann Spain, Alice Wyatt Campbell, Wanda Kay Wyatt Dabney and Joann Wyatt Jewel, and a nephew, Melvin Edward Wyatt, Sr. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 5th at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home with The Reverend Michelle Lindsey officiating. Interment will follow at Gill Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wesley Chapel UMC, 9227 River Road, S. Chesterfield, VA 23803.
