Alice Moore

Alice Beckwith Moore, 94, of Hopewell, died Tuesday, May 24, 2005. She was born in Troy, North Carolina and was a former resident of Southport, NC. Mrs. Moore was a retired teacher in Southport public school system. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Herman Moore, and her daughter, Helen ?Becky? Bills. Surviving are her son-in-law Charles W. Bills, her grandchildren, Charles W. Bills. Jr. and James B. Bills, and a nephew Graves R. Mumford, Jr.. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 27, 2005, in Troy, North Carolina. Contributions may be made to the Southport Presbyterian Church, 1025 E. Moore St. Southport, N.
