Alice Lum Morgan

Alice L. Morgan passed away on March 2, 2014 at the age of 81. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Rudy Morgan; her son, Glen Morgan and his wife, Sandi; and a grandson, Mathew, all of Chesterfield, Virginia. She is also survived by a sister, Marie Williams of North Carolina, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews. Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Nellie Marie Lum and Albert Davis Lum; and her sister Audrey Faverella. Alices’s lively spirit will be missed by all who knew her. She was devoted to her family and friends and cherished by many. Her feisty spirit will always be with us. Her family and friends have been blessed by the time we shared with her. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, VA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer’s Association.
