Alice Louise Slaughter

Alice Louise Slaughter, 87, of Prince George, VA., passed away Thursday, June 30, 2016. She is preceded in death by husband, Garland T. Slaughter; Parents, Edgar F. and Anna B. Martin Auton; sister, Helen Fine; brother, Edward Auton; son-in-law, Larry Wilkes. Alice is survived by her children, Betty Pezzillo and husband, Frank, Michael Wayne Slaughter and wife, Anita, Dolores Rayfield and Brenda Wilkes; sister, Shirley Chance; brother, Preston Auton and wife, Margaret; grandchildren, Douglas Slaughter, and wife, Julie, Erin Musselwhite and husband, Sean, Anne Pezzillo and husband, Ken, Sandy Pezzillo and husband, Preston, Julie Harris and husband, David, Jeanette Evancho and husband, Larry and eight great-grandchildren. A service will be conducted 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 103 S. Adams St., Petersburg, VA., the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
