Amy Jean Williams, 43, passed away October 6, 2023. Amy was preceded in death by her parents, Ricky and Cheryl Ann McNew.
Amy is survived by Edric Jones, whom she had shared life with for the last 5 years. She is also survived by her children, Kaitlyn and Justin Bordeaux; brother, Michael McNew; uncles, Kenny and Ronnie Purdie; and aunt, Linda and Shaddiah Jones.
Amy was born and raised in Dinwiddie and graduated from Dinwiddie High School. Amy loved to read and spend time just sitting on the porch enjoying and appreciating life. She was a loving mother and a dear friend to many.
A memorial service will be held to honor Amy's life on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at 2:00 pm, at the Hopewell Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son, Funeral Home, 820 W. Broadway, Avenue, Hopewell, Virginia.
