Ann Cooper Joyner, 71, of Stony Creek, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 5, 2021. She will be missed by many but celebrated by all in that she is now staring at Glory. She was a good mom, friend, and sister.
Born in Scotland Neck, NC, she was the daughter of the late John Turner Cooper and Sybil Hackney Cooper. She is survived by her sons, Chris Joyner (Beverly) and Russ Joyner (Marisol); grandchildren, John Russell Joyner, Jr., Amanda Marie Joyner, Breanna Jordan Joyner, and Ragan Camile Joyner; siblings, Rebecca, Lucy, and Peggy.
All funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated to the American Cancer Society. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
