Ann Lane

Ann Blankenship Lane, age 79, of Disputanta, VA, formerly of Chester, VA, died on June 30, 2009. She was born in Richmond, VA, and was the widow of Roy W. Lane. Mrs. Lane was a loving and dedicated mother to her children. She was also an avid and well known bowler who was highly ranked in the area. Mrs. Lane worked for approximately 10 years at the Holiday Bowl of Chester. She is survived by her sons, Maxie Martin, Jr. of Glouster, VA, Billy Martin of Disputanta, VA, Woody Martin, and Kenny Martin both of Chester; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. A graveside funeral service will be held in her honor on Friday, July 3, 2009 at 10 a.m. in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G.
