Ann Lydia Tolliver

Ann L. Tolliver, 67, of Chester, VA, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 15, 2023. Ann was born on June 20, 1956, in Baltimore, Maryland. She is the daughter of Joan Elizabeth Crider; and the late Lawrence John Welsh, Sr. Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wayne Tolliver; and one brother. She is survived by ten siblings and many nieces and nephews. Ann was a hazmat driver for Linde Transport. She was also an immensely proud and active member of the Southern Knights Cruisers. Ann loved the many children she took care of throughout the years including her beloved dogs, Samantha, Silver, Sassy, and Allie Mae. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024, at 11:00 am, at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. There will be a family held - private graveside service held on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at Forestville Cemetery, at 11 am.
