Anne Howard

Anne Marie Howard, age 38, of Chester, VA., passed away Monday, August 23, 2010. She was born in Richmond, VA the daughter of Andrew and Martha P. Barnes. She was a 1990 graduate of Highland Springs High School and was a loving and caring wife and mother. She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Michael Lee Howard; children, Melissa Anne Howard and Andrew Michael Howard; sister, Christy Meeks and husband, Mike; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Chester chapel of J. T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 from 5-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at Chester United Methodist Church.
