Anne Elliott Hubbard, 81, of Chester, VA passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2017. She was preceded in death by her father, James L. Elliott; mother, Elizabeth B. Mann and husband Seldon A. Mann; and her beloved and devoted son, Thurman W. Hubbard, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Thurman W. Hubbard, Sr.; Son, James L. Hubbard and fiancée Stacey Huband; and grandson, James “Luke” Hubbard. Mrs. Hubbard was a loving mother and dedicated to her sons. She devoted her life to her family and their pursuit of happiness.
