Anne R. White

Anne Marie Rice White, 90, of Chester, VA passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roger Mills Rice and Ethel Pauline Sanderson Rice; and her loving husband of 62 years, Harold E. White. She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Heyer, Sharon Cole and husband, Wayne, Sandy Bogen and husband, Tom; grandchildren, Amanda Patel and husband, Amol, Brett Cole, Charlie Heyer, and David Cole; great grandchildren, Kiran and Ari Patel. Anne was an avid genealogist, a member of the DAR and the Chesterfield Historical Society. Anne worked as a Reference and local history Librarian for Chesterfield County Library for over 25 years. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 3050 W. Hundred Rd. Chester, VA 23831. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Chesterfield Historical Society.
