Anthony Todd Hinchey

Anthony Todd Hinchey, 50, of Hopewell, VA passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald G. Hinchey; and his dad, Vic Williams. He is survived by his mom, Lyn Williams; his sons, Brandon Hinchey, and Sean Hinchey; the mother of his sons, Cindy Hann; grandchildren, Allie and Hunter Hinchey; brothers, Jeff Hinchey, and Cory Williams; sister, Kelly Williams; grandfather, E.J. Williams; cousins, Jay Williams, and Tracey Herrington; his mother, Bonnie Westra; and numerous extended family and friends. Mr. Hinchey was a U.S. Air Force veteran, and went on to retire from the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s department after more than 21 years of faithful service. A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Appomattox Cemetery in Hopewell, VA.
