Arlette Fauntleroy

Arlette Hazelwood Fauntleroy, 85, formerly of N. Colonial Drive, died Wednesday, June 13, 2007 in John Randolph Medical Center. She was born in Richmond, VA and had been a long time resident of Hopewell. Mrs. Fauntleroy was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and was a retired secretary from Strosnider Chevrolet. She was the daughter of the late Garland Leon, Sr. and Doris Cogle Hazelwood and the widow of Samuel Griffen Fauntleroy. Mrs. Fauntleroy is survived by a niece, Pamela H. Winne and her husband Bobby of Colonial Heights, a nephew, Richard G. Hazelwood and his wife Tina of Hopewell and several great nieces and nephews. A graveside service was held Friday, June 15, 2007 at 11:00 AM in Bermuda Memorial Park, Chesterfield County.
