Armando Lozano-Ramirez

Armando Lozano-Ramirez, 58, of Hopewell, passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pedro Lozano and Lucia Ramirez, and his brother, Carlos Lozano- Ramirez. As well as, his mother-in-law, Tresa and sister-in-law, Marjorie and brother-in-law, Tommy. He came to Virginia in 1991 for work when he quite literally bumped into Cynthia who would become his wife a short six months and one day later. They spent thirty wonderful years together from that day in late February when they first met. They were blessed with 3 sons 1 daughter. Armando was also very close with Cynthia’s 2 nieces and considered them as his own. Armando loved spending time outdoors and took great pride in whatever he was working on, especially his yard. Armando is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Lozano; sons, Alexander, Nicholas and Michael; daughter, Isabella; sister, Isabel (Cuca) and husband Ramiro of Mexico; nieces, Lindsay and husband Brandon of Hopewell, Alexandria of Dinwiddie, Jacqueline of WV, Irma Lucia and husband Jose, Karla and husband Francisco; nephews, Andres, Juan and wife Veronica, Ramiro and wife Karina, Sergio and wife Ana and Jose; sister-in-law, Irma; all of Mexico; father-in-law, Dennis Street of Hopewell; brother-in-law, Jeffery Street and wife Delores of WV; and many other loving family members and friends. There will be a family visitation at 10:00 am on Saturday, April. 17th followed by a memorial service at 11:00 am at First Congregational Christian Church in Hopewell.
