Arthur Dodge Bradley Jr.

Arthur Dodge Bradley, Jr., 93, of Disputanta, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2020. Born in Stuarts Draft, VA, he was the son of the late Arthur Bradley, Sr. and Lorena Wright Bradley. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ocie Bradley; granddaughter, Michelle Deanne Pinckert; siblings, Mary Frances, Margie, Geneva, and Weldon. He is survived by his sons, Arthur Bradley (Pamela) and Michael Bradley (Wanda); grandchildren, Michael Bradley, Jr. and Hope Catherine Bradley; sister, Ada Henkel; and brothers, Melvin Bradley and Harry Bradley. Arthur was a U.S. Army Veteran, retiring after 21 years of service. He then went on to work for the State Health Department, retiring after 20 years of service. Arthur enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of Greenbryer Hunt Club. He was also a member of Masonic Lodge No. 115 AF & AM for 60 years. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 28, 2020 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
