Arthur Cogle

Arthur â??Artieâ? Milton Cogle, age 75 of Debary Florida passed away Wednesday May 21, 2008 at the Orange County Nursing Home and Rehab. Mr. Cogle was born on September 5, 1932 in Waterbury, CT. Artie spent his early childhood in Connecticut, and later relocated with his parents to Colonial Heights, Virginia. Artie moved to Richmond where he took a position with the Richmond Times Dispatch newspaper in the circulation department. He worked there for thirty years. Upon retirement from the newspaper, Artie relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida to be with his parents John & Lola Cogle. In 2005 he moved to Debary to be near family. Artie is survived by his brother Ed & wife Nan Cogle, niece Jennifer Cogle Cunningham of Orlando, Florida, Nephew Christopher Cogle of Gainesville, Florida, Cousin Robert & wife Patricia Kalach of St. Petersburg, Florida, and Aunt Eleanor Thomas of St. Petersburg, Florida. The family received friends Saturday May 24 at Baldauff Funeral Home 1233 Saxon Blvd. Orange City from 4-5 PM where a funeral service was conducted at 5 PM. Interment was in Blandford Cemetery Petersburg, Virginia on Tuesday May 27 at 11:30 AM. The family request donations may be made to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
