Arthur Francis Hills

Arthur F. Hills, 90, of Ipswich, MA, passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2023. He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Elna E. Foster; daughter, Lynne A. Sarafin; brother, Tom Hills; sister, Margaret Corsaro; and parents, George and Mary Hills. Arthur was born on January 23, 1932 and graduated from Ipswich High School. He served honorably in the United States Army and worked for the United Shoe Machinery Corporation. Upon his retirement, Arthur was a school bus driver. He was also a firefighter with the Ipswich Volunteer Fire Department. Arthur is survived by his son, John C. Thibodeau; grandson, Justin A. Sarafin; granddaughter, Amanda L. Sarafin; great grandchildren, Porter Sarafin-Messelaar and Greyson Sarafin-Messelaar; nephew, George Corsaro; and daughter-in-law, Zoe Thibodeau.
