Audrey Cooper

Audrey Cooper, 67 of Petersburg died Friday, February 18, 2005. He was a native of Campbell Co., TN and son of the late Emmitt and Bessie Day Cooper. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was a retired veteran of the Vietnam War and a retired employee of Food Lion Distribution Center. He was also a member of Colonial Heights Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Bobbie Cooper of Petersburg; daughters, Tammy Clarke and husband Toy Clarke of Chesterfield, Lennie Adams and husband Gary Adams of DeWitt; six grandchildren, Autumn Clarke, Colton Adams, Audra Clarke, Carson Clarke, Sydney Adams and Caleb Clarke; three brothers, R.L. and Wanda Cooper of LaFollette, Gene and Mary Cooper and Carlos and Debbie Cooper all of Knox, TN; four sisters, Christine and Ronnie Cate, Linda and Ross Murray all of Knox, TN, Pat and Jerry Barger of Benton Co., TN, Connie & Roger Hurst of Luttrell, TN., brother in law and sister in law, Geneva and Jimmy Tench of Yuma, AZ; a host of nephews and nieces to include goddaughter Shannon Wohler. Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 pm Monday, February 21, 2005 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Interment will be in Southlawn Memorial Park.
