Barbara Coleman Davis

Barbara Coleman Davis, 80, passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Irving Alexander Coleman, Jr. and Adele Glover Coleman. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Irving Alexander Coleman III and Brenda Adele Coleman. Barbara retired after 33 years of service with the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, VA. Barbara loved her many kitty cats she had over the years. She also loved music, dancing, crocheting and doing world search puzzles. She taught Sunday School for many years at Branch’s Baptist Church and Swift Creek Baptist Church in Midlothian, VA. Barbara is survived by her children, Edrie Davis Barnes and Audra Leigh Davis; grandson, Spencer James Barnes and grand fur baby, Walker Coleman Davis. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Family will receive friends an hour prior to the start of the service for visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
