Barbara Mccaffity

Barbara Ruth Newton McCaffity, 64, of Petersburg died Wednesday August 10, 2005 at Southside Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Charles Henry Newton & Leola G. Bogle. She was a retired Office Manager at Riversbend Apartment Complex. She is survived by her loving husband Willie McCaffity, two sons, Steve A. McCaffity and his wife Sonya of Mission Texas, Howard Elmore Jr. of San Antonio Texas, two sisters Mildred Dunbar of Hopewell, Frances Clements and her husband Julian of Dothan Alabama, three grandchildren, and numerous nieces & nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, August 12, 2005 from 7:00 to 8:30 P.M. in the Hopewell Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A graveside service will be held Saturday, August 13, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. in Southlawn Memorial; Park in Prince George County. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cawson Street Church of Christ.
