Barbara Mchugh

Barbara Talley McHugh, age 84 of Chester, went to be with her Lord, December 13, 2011. She was the daughter of the late Joseph J. and Bessie Hodge Talley. Barbara was a retired school teacher for Harrowgate Elementary, a member of the Chester YMCA and Chester United Methodist Church. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Jack A. McHugh; sons, Ed and wife Judy, Tom and wife Lynn, and Jeff; grandsons, Matthew, Eric and Alex; step-granddaughter, Valire Goforth; sister, Betty Neal; and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive visitors Thursday, December 15, 2011 from 6 to 8 pm at the Chester chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, with funeral services to follow on Friday, December 16, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chester United Methodist Church.
