Barbara Lynn Small

Barbara Lynn Small, 70, of Hopewell, passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2021. She entered heaven and was reunited with her first love and husband of 49 years, Lawrence Small, Sr. Born in Charleston, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Robert Arbaugh and Lorraine Pickens Arbaugh.
She is survived by son, Lawrence Small, Jr. and his wife, Tia; daughter, Carrie Small; grandchildren, Amber Small, Joshua Jones, William Valencia, and Sonia Valencia; sisters, Maggie Alfano and her husband, Lee, and Terri Worthy; granddog, Caesar; and numerous extended family and friends in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Barbara Small worked as a geriatric nurse. As a hobby, she enjoyed collecting salt and pepper shakers. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and loved them dearly.
