Barry Alan Beckner

Barry Alan Beckner, 62, of Prince George, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Frances and Eldridge Beckner. He is survived by his two daughters, Lindsay King (Dane), and Hannah Beckner (James); one son, Colby Beckner (Kailey); two grandsons, Chase and Nash King; three siblings, Judy Church (Tom), Wayne Beckner, and Bruce Beckner (Terri); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Beckner was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 2, 2024, at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Robert Rowland officiating. Internment will be at Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
