Belle Smith

Belle Crowder Barner Smith, age 65, of Virginia Beach , Virginia died Tuesday, May 26, 2009. She is the daughter of the late David L. Barner and is survived by her mother, Helen Barner Price, her daughter, Teresa Powell Smith, and her brother David L Barner, Jr. and his wife, Dukie Rives Barner. Belle was active in her choir at Asbury Methodist Church and graduated from Sunny-Side Mckenney High School. She loved her family, and she never met a stranger. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, May 29, 2009 at Cherry Hill Cemetery, 24103 Cherry Hill Road, McKenney, Virginia 23872. The Petersburg Chapel of J.T.
