Betty Jones

Betty C. â??Stewartâ? Jones, 65, of Dinwiddie passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2009 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Chapman and Betty Beamon Peaden and her husband, Tommy Peterson Jones. Betty was a member of Livingstone Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters, Lonelle M. Guilliams and husband, Bobby, Dawn Elizabeth Southall, Michelle Louise Stewart and Debra L. Berry and husband, Kenny; grandchildren, Gene, Keri, Amanda, Ashley, Crystal, Christopher, Casey, Victoria, Kimberly, Travis, and Jessica; great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Briana, Landon, Hunter, Brody, Chloe, Saleena and â??little bitâ? on the way; niece, Mandy Strathman and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Mike and Linda Jones. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 from 6 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, January 29, 2009 at the funeral home with Rev. Carl Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in Blandford Cemetery.
