Betty Jo Meredith

Meredith, Betty Jo, 76, of Richmond passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur Gray and Helen S. Garter; her sisters Mary Garter and Anna Wilson. She is survived by her husband Anderson Wynn Meredith; her sons Gregory W. Meredith and Christopher G. Meredith; her grandchildren Hunter, Tucker, Emma, Gracie, and Willow Jo; her sisters Helen Yowell, Bonnie Wiginton, and Pat Matthews; and her brothers A.G. Garter, Jr., Lee Garter, and John Garter. Betty Jo retired from the Virginia Association of Workers for the Blind, where she had worked for nineteen years.A memorial service will be held at Colonial Heights Baptist Church on Sunday, April 19, 2015, 4:00 p.m.,17201 Jefferson Davis Highway, Colonial Heights, Va.
