Beverly Ann Barker

Beverly Anne Barker, 72, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. She is preceded in death by her father, James Van Holt Barker and mother, Elizabeth Gay Barker. She is survived by her two sisters, Betty Price, husband, George and Gracie Barker, wife, Elizabeth. The family is being served by J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home of Chester, VA. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service. The service will be held at Sunset Memorial Park in Chester at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 10, 2024. The family will receive friends in the family home next to the cemetery.

Beverly was a very special person to all who knew her. She was a blessing to her family.

In addition to her devoted mother and father, so many wonderful people cared for her. In particular, her family wishes to thank the wonderful staff at the Church Road Group Home, where Beverly resided. This home is operated by the Chesterfield County Community Services Board. Her friends and caregivers at Church Road gave her so much loving care during her final years and days.
