McFarland, Beverly Ann Morrison, 75, of Hopewell, VA went to be with the Lord, surrounded by her loving husband, children and grandchildren; on Friday, December 25, 2015. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Kenneth James McFarland; a son, William McFarland (Amanda); a daughter, Cindy McKeown (Allen); a step son, Kenneth J. McFarland, Jr.; step daughters, Tammy May and Rose Marie McFarland; three grandchildren, Jeremy McFarland, Christi Arehart (Ken), and Stephanie Greene (LaSean); two great-grandchildren, Ryan Ashley and Aidan Arehart; her brother, William “Bill” George Morrison (Eleanor Muriel); and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Beverly was a member of Walthall Baptist Church in Colonial Heights. As the Apostle Paul said “ I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. “Well done good and faithful servant.” The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 3050 W. Hundred Rd., Chester, VA 23831.
