Billy Joe Lowe

Billy Joe Lowe, 52 of Hopewell, VA passed away on October 15, 2020. Born in Baltimore MD he was the son of the late Bobby Carl Lowe and also preceded in death by a brother in law Jimmy Bowling, as well as his grandparents. He is survived by his mother; Rita Mae Lowe, two sisters; Linda Ellison (Mitch), Bobbie J. Bowling; nieces and nephews, Chris (Britney), Branden (Jessica), Jacob, Jarrett, Savannah, Evan, Patrick, Lily, Kayla, as well as special friends William & Pansy Ellison. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday October 22, 2020 at Southlawn Memorial Park.
