"Billy" Sr. Gunn

William â??Billâ? M. Gunn, Sr., also known as Peter Gunn, passed away Wednesday March 12, 2008. He was predeceased by his parents Leonard M. & Mary E. Carper Gunn and his first wife Edna H. Gunn, was retired from Stone Container and was a veteran of the United States Navy. Bill is survived by daughters; Debbie Gargis of Hopewell, Faye Gunn of Enon, sons; William â??Billâ? M. Gunn, Jr., and girlfriend Frances Dover, Michael Lee Gunn, all of Chester, granddaughter; Michelle Gargis of Chesterfield, sister; Arline Hux & husband Donald of Manns Harbor North Carolina, nephews; Don and Bill Hux of North Carolina. A funeral service will be held in the Hopewell Chapel of J.T.Morriss & Son Funeral Home Friday March 14 at 1:00 PM. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimerâ??s Association.
