Bobby Gene Clay, Jr., 44, of Hopewell, VA passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby G. Clay, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Nora F. Watson and husband Rick; a brother, Jerry Jones; his sister, Lora Duncan and husband Craig; nieces, Allison Duncan and Megan Jones, and numerous extended family and friends. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens, 11302 Merchants Hope Rd. Hopewell, VA 23860. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 820 W. Broadway Ave., Hopewell, VA 23860.
