Bobby Eugene Frost

Bobby Eugene Frost, 87, of Chester, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015. Born in Corsicana, TX, he was the son of the late Murry L. and Mable E. Frost. He was also preceded in death by his son, Robert E. Frost. Ret. LCDR Bobby Eugene Frost was a proud Veteran and served his country for 27 years in the United States Navy. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Dorien L. “Bunt” Frost; daughter, Loretta Hitchock (Tommy); grandson, Robert E. Frost, II; brother, William L. Frost (Melody); special niece, Linda C. Nunnally (Carl); and numerous other extended family and friends. The family would like to give a special thanks to Hospice of Virginia and to wonderful caregivers, Katelin Leonard, Lillian Simko, Richard Wady, Jr., Terri Weeks, and Tameika Flowers. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at the funeral home. Interment with full military honors will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
