Bradley Shane Mayberry

MAYBERRY, Bradley "Brad" Shane, 39, of DeWitt, VA, peacefully departed this life Wednesday, February 1, 2023. Brad is preceded in death by his brother, Rudolph "Andy" Mayberry; and his grandfather, Rudolph Williamson, Sr. Brad is survived by his parents, Kimberley and Ray Mayberry, Sr.; his brother, Ray Mayberry, Jr.(Stephanie); daughter, Bailey Mayberry; nephews, Noah, Caleb, and Carter; uncle, Rudolph Williamson II (Cindy); aunt, Rochelle Wray (Steve); uncle, Ronnie Mayberry (Pam); and a host of cousins.

Brad spent the majority of his youth playing football, baseball, and basketball in Chesterfield. Later in life, he developed an unrivaled passion for playing and watching soccer. He was an avid Manchester United fan and was the pivotal cog in the wheel that inspired both of his nephews to become soccer fans as well. He will be greatly missed by our family for his uncanny ability to make each situation a lighter one with his sense of humor and boisterous laugh. He carried a big heart and was a protector to those he loved and cared for.

Condolences may be expressed in person as the family will receive friends on Saturday, February 11, 2023, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
