Brenda Wolfrey Hayhurst

Brenda Wolfrey Hayhurst, 61, of Disputanta, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2016. Born in Petersburg, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Wolfrey, Sr and Kathleen Amburn Wolfrey. Brenda is survived by her husband of 33 years, John B. Hayhurst; son, Robert Ziegenfuss, Jr (Becky); daughter, Jamie Ziegenfuss Spears (Steve); grandchildren, Conner Spears, Garrett Spears, Peyton Ziegenfuss, and Amber Ziegenfuss; brother, R.G. Wolfrey (Tina); nephew, Daniel Wolfrey; niece, Stacey Wolfrey; and special friends, Carol Jones and Jacquelin Stephenson. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
