Brett Ashby McDaniel, 60, of N. Chesterfield, passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father, Lewis Thomas McDaniel; and his brother, Brian Thomas McDaniel. Brett is survived by his mother, Donese Buchanan McDaniel; sister, Lisa McDaniel (Brian); brother, John Curry; nieces and nephews, Katy McDaniel, Chris Green, Cassie Milby (Ross), and Courtney Green; and beloved dog, Koji. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 29, 2023, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, at J.T. Morriss & Son - Chester Chapel, 3050 W. Hundred Road, Chester, VA 23831. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023, at 10:00 AM, at Sunset Memorial Park, 2901 W. Hundred Road, Chester, VA 23831.
