Bulah Simmons

Bulah White Simmons, 86, of Petersburg died Sunday, July 6, 2008. She was the widow of Edward W. Simmons. She was a native of Skipwith, VA and the daughter of the late Alfred Walter and Mary Ellen Hoyle White. She was preceded in death a daughter, Betty Lou Honea; sisters, Florence N. Card and Lillie W. Rickman, and brothers, Rev. Robert A. White and Charlie C. White. She was a member of Second Baptist Church. She is survived by a daughter, Linda S. Waltman and husband, Irvin L.; grandsons, Brian E. Waltman and Michael A. Waltman; great-grandchildren, Alex Waltman, Kristen Waltman and many nieces and nephews. Anyone may come to pay their respects Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Graveside services will be private.
