Carl Carl Ray Louk, 47, of Midlothian, VA, died July 11, 2021. Born and raised in Prince George, VA, he was the son of the late Charles P. and Judith D. Louk. He was a caring brother and uncle. He was a staunch Republican and volunteered for many local campaigns in the 90’s and early 2000’s. Carl was a movie buff and could answer just about any movie trivia question you could ask. His favorite genres were classic horror movies. He also loved Halloween and would decorate the house and yard elaborately. In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by his oldest brother, Bobby Dale Louk, who died in infancy. He is survived by his brother, Lennie Louk of Disputanta, VA; sister, Sharon Louk of Midlothian, VA; sister, Barbara Adams and brother-in-law James Adams of Midlothian, VA; nephew, Cole McCready of Midlothian, VA; and nieces, Brittany Hamm, Kaylee Hamm, and Chelsea Strickland of Leivasy, WV; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Southlawn Memorial Park in Prince George, VA. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
