Carl Francis Wilson

Carl Francis Wilson, 83, of N. Chesterfield, VA went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 10, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Boyd and Kate Wilson of Rivesville, WV; his loving daughter, Carla Sue Wilson; and a sister, Vera Carallino. He is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years, Darlene L. Wilson; son, Jeffrey C. Wilson and wife Robin; grandsons, J.C., Chris and Paul Wilson; and his brother, C.B. Wilson, Jr. and wife Armedia. Carl was veteran of the United States Air Force serving from 1951 to 1955. He was a very active member of Kingsland Baptist Church, serving as Deacon, Adult Leader and Finance Committee Chairman for 26 years. Carl retired from Reynolds Metals Company with over 30 years of faithful service. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2015 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 3050 W. Hundred Rd., Chester, VA 23831. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at Kingsland Baptist Church 8801 Perrymont Rd.
