Carole Fowlkes Tripp

Carole Fowlkes Tripp, 79, of S.Chesterfield, VA passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Ragland and Margaret Moody Fowlkes. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Noble E. Tripp; a daughter, Sharon Green; grandson, Andrew Green; sister, Phyllis Fowlkes McKenney and husband John. Carole attended Madison College and graduated from Saint Leo College, then earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University. The family will receive friends from 11:00 to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, October 7, 2016 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 3050 W. Hundred Rd., Chester, VA 23831. A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, October 7, 2016 at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Ivan Perkinson, officiating. Interment will be private.
