Carrie Knowles

Carrie Lee Storey Knowles, 90, of Dinwiddie County, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband Woodrow O. Knowles; her parents, Paul M. and Carrie T. Logan Storey; and grandchildren, Victoria R. Wales and Dominique N. Rideout. She was a retired employee of Brown & Williamson and was a proud member of Elm Street Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Malcolm O. Knowles (the late Barbara Bray), Stephen D. Knowles (Kay), Veronica L. Lindenmuth (Ed), Robert E. Knowles (Debbie), and Becky R. Drewry (David); grandchildren, Malcolm O. Knowles, Jr., Chad A. Knowles, Mark W. Knowles, Stephen D. Knowles, Jr., Christopher T. Rideout, Timothy T. Wales, Price O. Knowles, Courtney Elizabeth Knowles, Charles D. Drewry, John T. Drewry, and Joseph W. Drewry; niece, Brenda Carsley; and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. A Graveside Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday July 13, 2012 at Southlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday July 12, 2012 at J.T.
