Catherine, Demunbrun

Catherine Hughes DeMunbrun, 78, of Sutherland, widow of Gilbert Ernest DeMunbrun, died Friday, September 17, 2004 in Southside Regional Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of the Petersburg area and the daughter of the late Robert Churchill and Victoria Josephine Miller Hughes. She was a former Deputy Clerk of Court for Petersburg and was a member of Second Presbyterian Church. She is survived by two daughters, Carolynne C. Vann of Sutherland and Theresa C. Wall of California; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Second Presbyterian Church with the pastor, Dr. Daniel E. Hale, officiating. Interment will be in Blandford Cemetery. The family will receive friends at J. T.
